At Blamoora, we want you to shop with confidence. That's why we offer a 30-day free return policy for all eligible products. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return your order at no cost, and if you've already made a payment, you'll receive a refund within 1 to 3 days, usually on the same day.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
  • All accessories, tags, and manuals must be included.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Submit your request – Fill out our return request form with your order details, or reach us on WhatsApp / email.
  2. We'll take it from there – Our team will review your request and get back to you with all the details and the next steps for your return.
  3. Return & Refund – Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund within 1 to 3 days, usually on the same day.

Refund Processing Time

We process refunds quickly to ensure a hassle-free experience:

  • Credit/Debit Card Payments: Refunded within 1 to 3 business days, depending on your bank.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds will be sent via bank transfer, store credit, or another preferred method within the same timeframe.
  • Wallet & Store Credit Refunds: Instantly available upon processing.

Our goal is to complete refunds on the same day whenever possible.

Items Not Eligible for Return

While we strive to make returns easy, some items may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Items that have been used, damaged, or are missing parts.
  • Products not in their original packaging or without all accessories and manuals.
  • Items marked as non-returnable or final sale at the time of purchase.
